so at my new job yesterday (calling people to complete surveys), I started off with a few 'angry customers'

then the automatic dialer calls this dude. I go with the usual, "Hello. My name is..." etc and the guy goes like "Dude I'm gonna take a shit right now. So like... I can't right now?-" and I try to hold in my heeh as I ask "what would be the best time to callback sir?" and he goes "well this huge load is gonna take me about 45 minutes to get out so..." and as I say ok he hangs up saying he has to go. I lol'd for like 2 minutes
