Sometimes I hate being biological

Lately I've had the desire to resist the urge to reduce biological tensions and just stay up for a week straight without going to the bathroom, taking a shower, or eating three meals a day. When I'm surrounded in a world of mechanical objects and only interact with a small amount of organic objects on a daily basis, it feels somewhat odd at times. I also have to remind myself that I'm made up of cells, and not electronic components. With the future will come implants and upgrades to the human body that aren't made of tissue, so perhaps then my wish will be fulfilled. It's just so repetitive, you know? Wake up. Eat. Shower. Bathroom. Repeat every day for the rest of your life. I'd just love to dedicate my attention 100% to one thing without having to stop and take a break because my flawed body needs attention.
Imagine getting a weeks worth of homework done in a day or being able to run across the state without having any negative consequences or feeling the urge to quickly give up. Perhaps this is something evolution can take care of. We are no longer in the stage of hunting and gathering, but we still carry so many instincts from back then. It explains overeating, why our skin rises when we get cold, etc. If the DNA of the chimp and homosapien are only 1% different, then imagine the next stage of humans. They'll surely be superhumans compared to us.
Maybe this is the ultimate first world problem, but I felt like typing up that rant so there it is.
