Diet. This time i'm serious!

Need to lose my belly guys. It's not a lot of fat but i'm getting love handles or whatever they are. But i don't wanna lose my other stuff too like my arms and chest. So i guess i'll risk being skinny again. So far i'm doing good in my opinion. I have until June or May probably.



I park further away than usual (@ work, i park at the parking lot across the street instead of the mcdonalds parking lot, and at home i park by my friend's house which is about 7 doors down)

I run and bike in the mornings since it's like 60+ here now

I eat two small meals a day and little things in between

and I no longer take a "sit down" break at work, instead i walk a little bit



The reason i wanna lose weight is because I wear slim fit shirts and it looks weird when i sit down.

    I think you can lose weight just by eating right. Even if you aren't getting much exercise. And by eating right I don't mean eating nothing.

    Kevin you never seemed like a fat guy though :S Just go to the gym and work out only your upper body and the chicks will be all over you. I mean, assuming that's why you want to get more fit.

    Do random leg lifts when you got a few minutes. You may look silly but it will tighten you up some.
