    No, it's just a really old rivalry dating back to when Missourians came over the border and killed a bunch of Kansans (called the Border War, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Border_...uri_rivalry%29 ) to try and influence Kansas to become a slave state. Believe it or not that's where most of the rivalry comes from.

    I have a very good friend who used to go here and now goes to MU, so we joke about this all the time, and I don't really even follow sports, but I know the history behind it. Joe College (apparel store) used to sell tons of shirts here with things like "Muck Fizzou" and other pretty funny slogans on them. They were shut down a year ago

    so i finished reading frankenstein. it's like the first novel i've read in a while lol im so proud of myself

    i think you mentioned that you've read it, what do you think about the monster's rationalization for the murders he committed? i actually thought it was pretty sad, and there were time when i sat there reading the novel and relating the monster to myself, and even mankind in general
